Triathlete Chloe Truffitt took the women's honours with a time of 19min. 27.87sec. ‘I was looking over my shoulder, because I did not know if she was going to stick on me,’ she said after admitting to not knowing how her legs would be following the previous weekend’s Leeds Triathlon efforts. ‘I’m happy with how it went.’
